Through partnerships with top websites in the US and abroad Clear Voice has created a quality group of panelists that are highly unique to other online panels. We don’t recruit from the standard channels allowing us to avoid “professional survey takers” altogether. Our partner sites have a very broad reach online which results in a panel with highly normalized demographic and geographic characteristics. Data integrity and accountability are paramount while providing a positive experience for both our clients and panelists. With this in mind we survey only 100% double opt-in members and provide incentives for our members for each survey they participate in, complete or fail. We believe strongly this methodology minimizes data bias and panel burn-out. Although we’ve yet to enforce it, we do maintain a zero-tolerance policy with our panelists for straight-lining and completing surveys too quickly. The panel undergoes a rigorous cleansing process every six months; all expired email addresses and inactive accounts are removed.
